Automatic Zero Downtime Agent Upgrade

New Agent Log Level Controls
Automatic Zero Downtime Agent Upgrade
Your Contextual Agents will be upgraded automatically for you - with zero downtime - as part of this release. While not always required, significant improvements and fixes in this release require an automatic update to all Contextual Agents to use Agent Image Version 4.7.2.
While not likely, action may be required. If you support file uploads in your HTTP Flows as part of your solution, it is important to modify your Flow to make use of the "Allow File Uploads" feature on an HTTP In node, support for which was introduced in Agent Image Version 4.5.2 on November 7, 2024. Please contact support@contextual.io with questions.
Introducing SolutionAI: Design
SolutionAI remains in early release. As a collection of highly coordinated Expert Agents specifically trained on the Contextual platform and integrated deeply into the development experience, it’s a huge help. Thanks for your feedback on its performance, and for your patience while we continue to advance and improve its capabilities.

Simply click the overflow menu (3 dots) item for running Agents in the Agents list view, and choose Change Log Level to change the Log Level for your agent for the next 60 minutes.
Log Tap nodes are essential to Flow development and monitoring operation of your solution on Contextual. These nodes can be set to a level of debug, info, warn, and error and when triggered in the course of a Flow, log the information you choose to your Tenant Logs which can be viewed live, and searched, in the Contextual dashboard.
During standard operation, Agents running Flows which include Log Tap nodes will only record warn and error levels to your tenant logs. However, we have now made it easy to temporarily change the Log Level of your running Agents to also include debug and/or info messages with zero interruption to Agent operation. The Agent will revert to default Log Level after 60 minutes.
